Part 6: Grassroots Policies

This is the sixth part in a series of talks and discussions that are being coordinated by Alicia Hull with Citizen Network.

Alicia was joined by:

• Richard Murphy, an Accountant and Political Economist and Professor of Accounting Practice at Sheffield University Management School
• Janet Everett and Ed Allnutt, independent activists and coordinators of Plastics Rebellion

The panel was chaired by Simon Duffy, President of Citizen Network and Director of Citizen Network Research.

Richard Murphy began the session, talking about how we could make the transition to a sustainable economy.

Next, Janet Everett and Ed Allnutt, talked about plastics and waste – Janet is a teacher and ecological surveyor and Ed is a horticulturalist. 

In the final part of the webinar Richard Murphy, Janet Everett, Ed Allnutt, Simon Duffy and Alicia Hull  take questions from our audience.
