An Individual Service Fund is a useful way in which resources can be used flexibly to achieve personalised support.

An Individual Service Fund (ISF) is a useful way in which a budget can be used flexibly to achieve personalised support. It requires a budget to be managed within a framework of clear rules which ensure that the money is restricted in its use for the benefit of the person.
