This report introduces the idea of Wee Enterprizers from the Social Care Ideas Factory (SCIF), a Glasgow-based community connecting people across health and social care.

The Social Care Ideas Factory (SCIF) is a Glasgow-based community that connects people working across health and social care encouraging them to share their ideas. The key aim of SCIF is to impact positively on people’s lives and support them to live more independently at home and in their communities. Set up in 2006, SCIF has a history of working with groups of disabled people, third and private sector organisations and public sector partners. Four key changes in the National and local context sparked the Wee Enterprizers (WE) idea, the focus of this report.
