The Architecture for Personalisation

Presentation given in Sheffield to describe the necessary underpinnings for personalisation in social care.

The key to making personalisation in social care (adults and children) effective is to get the right architecture in place. This means working positively with the social work profession (not undermining or replacing them). It also means building on the capacities of existing communities and individuals.
