Architecture for Personalisation

The Centre worked closely with social work teams in Yorkshire & Humber to develop models of how best to develop the role of social workers and how best to work in partnership with people, families and community organisations.

There were a range of outcomes, including:

• Publication of Should We Ban Brokerage? - the case against independent brokerage
• Publication of Architecture for Personalisation Toolkit - helping local areas analyse their own resources
• Publication of Architecture for Personalisation - how social work resources are and should be used
• Publication of New Script for Care managers - a guide to better use of care management
• Publication of Peer Support - how to encourage peer support
• Publication of Community Engagement - how to work with community partners
• Development of Community Brokerage Model
