Liz Leach

Chair of Disability Rights UK and Founder of Imagineer CIC

I help people, communities, and organisations unlock potential, build inclusive cultures, and create lasting positive change. With extensive experience across the public, charity, and social enterprise sectors, I specialise in community and organisational development, co-production, and person-centred approaches.

I am Founder and Director of Imagineer - a Community Interest Company with a focus on working alongside people to direct their own support, find the solutions to achieve the life they want to lead. I am a BeHumanKind Facilitator and Coach - changing work cultures and relationships through Kindness (not niceness). I am the Chair of Disability Rights UK - a charity that has a vision of an inclusive society for everyone, where disabled peoples rights are upheld. And, I am an associate of Ideas Alliance - bringing Co Production and Collaborative Commissioning to life, and with World Bank - involved in developing programmes to support deinstitutionalisation.

I am a specialist in: Support Brokerage, Self-Directed Support, Person-Centred Planning facilitation, Graphic Facilitation, Deinstitutionalisation, BeHumanKind facilitation & coaching, Asset-Based Community Development and Progressive approaches in Dementia Care. I have demonstrable skills in: facilitating, training, coaching and project management.

I have bundles of experience in designing and delivering projects that connect people, overcome resistance to change, and embed kindness and collaboration at every level. People I’ve worked with often say I help them see new possibilities, achieve meaningful outcomes, and enjoy the journey along the way.

Outside of work, I love music (bass guitar), ceramic art, travelling across the UK, and meeting new people.
