Myrtillo are a social enterprise in Athens offering an inclusive environment for events and a local community cafe run by a diverse group of people with disabilities.
Myrtillo is a member of Citizen Network and gave this presentation at a workshop at the 5th IASSIDD Europe Congress in Athens in July 2018.
The café is based in a park in a vibrant area of Athens and, in the five years since they opened, they’ve staged over 400 events ranging from seminars to conferences, book presentations to theatrical performances and small festivals to concerts.
