Individual Service Design

Slides exploring how to create individual service designs.

Sometimes we can develop supports and lifestyles for ourselves or for those we care about with no real difficulty, it is natural. But sometimes we need to think hard and work hard in order to develop supports that really make sense. Individual Service Design is the process of doing that for yourself or others.

These slides were used to share ideas with support staff and managers at Choice Support as part of their project to transform their services into genuinely personalised supports - to enable full citizenship.
