Johanna is a start-up entrepreneur, developer of new services and operating models, and consultant. She has extensive and varied experience with developing social and health care services and with harnessing the potential of digitalisation in those areas.
Johanna has worked in both the public and private sectors, and has wide networks in Finland. Developing services for people with disabilities has been a part of her work in several different ways. One of the services provided by Johanna’s start-up company Bestser is an application called What Matters to Me that aims to make daily life smoother for people with disabilities and to improve the services they receive. Johanna is a specialist at putting things into practice.
