On 23rd February the Commons will debate Welfare Reform and the Work Bill 2015-16, after the Lords rejected the Government's plan to further slash the incomes of 0.5 million disabled people receiving the Employment and Support Allowance (ESA) by about £1,500 per year.
Dr Simon Duffy writes in his blog for Huffington Post UK:
