Personalisation in health and social care can be implemented well or badly - and there are many temptations to poor implementation.

Personalisation brings many benefits. But it is not a panacea and successful implementation relies on really understanding the fundamental shift in power necessary to make it work. This talk by Simon Duffy was given to regional leaders in health and social care at Doncaster in May 2011.
