Poverty Net

The Poverty Net is the interlocking mesh of taxes and benefits that enmesh people in poverty - damaging our incentives to earn, save, contribute and grow. The system is so complex it is hard to reform and it is understood by no one - not even government.

The publisher is The Centre for Welfare Reform.
