Daniel Mermelstein

An advocate for Universal Basic Income (UBI)

Daniel is a Universal Basic Income (UBI) advocate. He volunteers with the UBI Lab Network and is on the board of the Basic Income Research Group.

He has been involved with proposals for Basic Income pilots in the UK and further afield. He is constantly looking for opportunities to talk about and promote the idea of a Basic Income as a right of citizenship, and as a transformational policy to reduce poverty and inequality.

Daniel is now retired but spent his working life first as a journalist and later as a technology product manager.
