Artinesa Sylmetaj

Sociologist and master’s student at Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development

Artinesa is a sociologist whose interests include fields related to society and nature, analyzing social causes and consequences of human behavior, social causes of environmental change, and the environmental causes of social change.

Currently she is a master student of the Eberswalde University for Sustainable Development in Germany and master student of the University of Pristina “Hasan Prishtina” in Kosovo. In Germany she is studying Global Change Management and in Kosovo she is studying Sociology. She has diverse work experience in the Consular Section at the Embassy of Kosovo in Berlin, and as an Interviewer and as a Filed Researcher at Kosovar Center for Security Studies.

As a sociologist, Artinesa enjoys learning about society as a whole by studying face-to-face interactions, group interactions, and even by studying large-scale historical events that have and are still affecting entire civilizations.
