We have been supporting people with a learning disability for more than 30 years. We’ve learned a lot over the years from people we support, their families and our staff and we’ll keep on learning and changing to make sure we give people what they want.
We are a Co-operative and Community Benefit Society which means we are not for profit - we only exist to support people to live their good life. We know that good support relies on great staff so we try to support staff well, and try to pay more than other organisations who do similar work. We are proud of being a local organisation, serving people in their communities, and also proud that we play our part in making the communities where we live and work better for everyone.
We are small, local and well connected, being small doesn’t mean we don’t think BIG!
