Trading as Now & Next we co-design and implement evidence-based social innovation programs to accelerate social inclusion for disabled children, youth and their families, as well as vulnerable groups.
These programs are transformative and offer measurable outcomes by building emerging community leadership. Participants are coached to formulate a vision for their family, their child and themselves through a positive psychology approach. They then implement their goals harnessing this collective capacity. As they achieve the first steps towards their goals, they also learn to harness the power of a peer support group which lasts beyond program duration.
We launched our Now & Next suite of programs for families and professional training in 2015 and now operate in 8 countries. Our programs are suited to diverse linguistic and cultural settings.
We are supported by a research group of 7 academics who collate our results into impact reports, describing how participants achieve their goals and increase wellbeing, hope and empowerment.
