Finding of tribunal into job seekers agreement

John Pring's Disability News Service has revealed that a judge has told the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) that part of the agreement signed by out-of-work benefit claimants does not comply with the law, following a legal challenge from a disabled job-seeker.
This is an important step in challenging the invasive, stigmatising and criminalising 'contracts' imposed on disabled people and job seekers as a condition of receiving minimal benefits.
