Future Think Talks are a series of interesting, unconventional and informative talks from leading and diverse speakers from across the UK. They are designed for you to step outside of the day to day tasks and attend a short session both thought provoking and interactive.
In this Future Think Talk, Simon Duffy, Director of the Centre for Welfare Reform, will argue that the design of the welfare state is wrong and that we’ve failed to pay attention to the importance of citizenship as both the proper goal of the welfare state and as the means to achieve that goal.
Date: Wednesday 15 June
Time: 2 - 4pm
