Can the World of Work Promote Citizenship?

Across the world there is a growing movement of organisations who are rethinking the way they operate in order to act as a catalyst, enabler and supporter of citizenship. 

These are organisations who are rethinking their potential role in supporting their members (be it employees, colleagues, Boards or customers) to act and behave as citizens to create a world where everyone matters. 

Organisations who are:

• Considering their connections and the networks they are part of 
• Considering what they offer and how they operate

Many of these organisations are connected to Citizen Network and are sharing their learning through the network to support the evolution of organisations to question the traditional paradigms and consider new ways of being and working together.
