Registration is open for the Citizen-Centred Leadership course for 2020 - an inspiring online course in how to make inclusion and citizenship real.
Event | 18.12.19
Citizen-Centered Leadership (CCLD) is an online community of practice at the hub of a growing number of people who are concerned with preserving the integrity of landmark advances in the Inclusion movement.
Participants on the course invest in a 15 week learning journey which includes: self-reflection, 24 hour access to a world class online resource and learning center, opportunities to interact in real time with fellow participants and well-known and respected thought leaders via weekly webinar sessions.
Launched in 2011, CCLD is host to an exclusive online curriculum and media library of videotaped interviews with pioneers and leaders in the realm of community inclusion, person-centered planning and leadership development. Participants of this blended learning community commit to stepping boldly away from traditional practices that keep individuals with disabilities at the margins of society.
More than a training program, CCLD provides access to expertise through live webinar experiences and guides participants through local field-based practice with personally chosen learning partners. Confirmed guest speakers in 2020 include: John O’Brien, Beth Mount, Hanns Meissner, Chris Liuzzo, Niki Stevenson, Carol Blessing, Beth Gallagher and more!
Registration for the January 7 – April 14, 2020 class is now open at:
