We'd love you to join us in Doncaster and help us to explore 3 Big Questions about Intake:

1. What’s working well now?

• What do we value?
• What can we build on?
• Who is playing an important role?

2. What’s not working well?

• Why are families breaking down?
• Why are people experiencing distress?
• Why are people going to care homes and hospitals for too long?

3. What’s missing?

• What could we do differently if we came together as a community?
• What do we need in our community so we can take more care of each other?
• What could the system do better to help us help ourselves?
