Event | 07.06.17
An invitation to view the work of photographic artist Les Monaghan at Sheffield Central Library at the opening event on 10th June at 11am.
Les Monaghan has been documenting the lives of families in Doncaster, South Yorkshire and says:
"Over 1.25 million people in the UK live in destitution yet they are not part of the national conversation. The stories in Relative Poverty address the imbalance of power. Please do not close your eyes."
The Centre for Welfare Reform has been pleased to work with Les to highlight the reality of poverty in Britain today.
