Reducing Restraint and Restrictive Practices - Low arousal and stress management, capable environments, trauma-informed approaches. 3. Facilitating Citizenship. 4. Is Strengths-based - uses the natural strengths that exist within each of us and our communities. 5. Inspires ethical and sustainable Leadership by providing training, coaching and mentorship to our new generations of Leaders. 6.
