After almost 40 years of supporting autistic and learning disabled adults I have moved into a place where I am coaching, mentoring, and enabling others to move away from legacy services and to see people empowered to take control of their own lives. I am working alongside people who are passionate about seeing people move out of ServiceLand and simply live as a human being as part of their community. I am also working directly with autistic and/or learning disabled people, in my capacity as a Coach. I have joined Citizen Network in order to support and enable the vision as best I can in the small role I am playing and to see people moving from being defined by the service they draw down on to true citizens.
