Dementia Co-Creation Academy is a citizen-driven space for planning and implementation of Asset Based Community Development and empowering projects that enhance social citizenship of people living with dementia and their family/friend care partners through intergenerational engagement in meaningful, fun, recreational, co-creative, therapeutic, artistic, and uplifting social activities.
