The Community Living Project (CLP) is a family led organisation supporting people with a disability to access the good things of life in their local community.
CLP works with one person at a time, in partnership with their family and friends, to build opportunities for inclusion through access to home, relationships and valued roles. CLP helps people to take control of their own support and to make decisions in how their funding and support is managed.
CLP are based in Adelaide and are members of Citizen Network Australia.
