Stephen completed a long career in social services in 2010 working both as a social worker and chief officer in both children and adult services. He co-founded Salvere Social Enterprise CIC which supports individuals and families using direct payments and personal health budgets to employ their own teams of support.
In 2019 Stephen co-founded Salvere Support Ltd to focus on more specialised work with the NHS to assist people to use 3rd party personal health budgets. This aspect of Salvere's work has become the main focus of support to people with complex needs living at home.
Salvere aims to encourage people to enjoy life and to be in the background offering support with no faff and no fuss. The referral route for our support is via the NHS.
