Sanja Ilieva is Citizen Network Ambassador for North Macedonia, promoting self-directed support, human rights, and citizenship globally. She connects practitioners, reformers, and families to share knowledge, foster collaboration, and advance best practices across the Western Balkans and beyond. With over ten years of experience in project coordination, operations, and business development, Sanja brings strategic and operational expertise to her work.
She has previously held roles including Operations Manager at a UK-based Virtual Assistant agency, Corporate Banker, Business Development Manager for the UK market, and Project Coordinator at the Macedonian Government Tourism Agency. Holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship, an MSc in Finance & Banking, and a BSc in Financial Management.
