I have studied mass media communication at the University of St. Cyril and Methodius in Trnava (B.Sc.) and journalism at Comenius University in Bratislava (Mgr.). Now I am working on my research as a PhD candidate at the University of Trnava in social work.
I have worked in the social field since 2006, volunteering and later profesionally engaging in several transformational projects. Nowadays, trying to continue the work of the founders, as a Social Work Advisory Board director (NGO in the social field in Slovakia).
I am professionally engaged in creating plain and easy-to-read language for people with disabilities, I am also author of more than 30 publications in an easy-to-read format.
I actively work to promote the transition process from institutional to community-based care in the Slovak Republic and to promote the human rights of people with disabilities.
