We continue to work for better working life and more productive work environment globally. Utilizing the Healthy Organization Model (HERO) we aim at creating more sustainable organizations in which different dimensions of value, risk and responsibility are balanced and various structures, processes, and systems are in place to support the execution of an organization's mission. As experts of member-based organizations, we have a particular interest in working with non-profit and not-for-profit organizations to help them define, measure, and reach their strategic goals in all areas of their operation.
We are innovators of future organizations. The membership of the Citizen Network Cooperative is therefore an important way to realize our purpose.
