Sebastian is a practitioner working in the field of education for sustainable development and change management. He enjoys developing creative solutions for complex problems and helping people to gain a systemic understanding of their world.
Sebastian is working on his master thesis which focuses on how systemic thinking and the visualization of systemic processes can support leaders in different disciplines to achieve sustainable development. So far this work has led to projects with Citizen Network, Opera Neukölln and the University for Sustainable Development Eberswalde.
