Our aim is to provide a support service that helps individuals with a learning disability and/or mental health condition.
Darwin has been operational since 2002 and is fully established in Dorset. We support individuals with with a learning disability to life the life they want! Through the years we have been able to grow slowly and in the right way. We are lucky to support a number of individuals and employ just over 45 staff.

Throughout Darwin’s journey in the Health and Social Care Sector we have gained a variety of skills and knowledge from working with the individuals we are privileged to support.
Our job is very rewarding, and we have developed strong community partnerships, refined our Interpersonal skills, Communication, dealing with difficult situations, in addition to the day-to-day continual improvement of our support services. All of which has ensured we have maintained the highest quality support possible. Our passion is to support micro providers to thrive in the competitive care market in Dorset sharing our resources to improve the local communities we are part of.
